SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to devices for drying beebread honeycombs. Beebread dryer unit contains a working chamber, a loading/unloading door, and a vacuum-pumping system. Unit is equipped with a multipurpose cassette, which is a rectangular frame of welded metal corners. On the two lateral sides of the frame three pairs of flat guides are fixed, consisting of U-shaped paired metal corners of the same size with plate infra-red sources fixed between them. In the lower part of the side walls and in the left part of the lower and upper walls guide rails are arranged for mounting the multipurpose cassette on a spring-loaded frame consisting of side walls with longitudinal grooves, longitudinal metal corners welded on two sides in the lower part, rigidly connected to the bottom, to which a vibration exciter is attached from below.

EFFECT: unit provides the possibility of beebread drying both in granules and in honeycomb, and also significantly reduces the duration and power consumption of the process by directly supplying energy to the product itself.
