FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, particularly to installations for drying of bee-bread. Beebread drying plant consists of case, inner volume of which by means of partition and guide is divided into a drying chamber and air duct. Plant is equipped with two outer and one inner air valves. In the front part there is a door, on which by means of brackets are fixed infrared radiators. There is a fan. Plant is equipped with control unit, as well as moisture sensor and introduced in bee-bread temperature sensor. On the walls of the drying chamber are intended for tiered placement of trays. Tray consists of a frame, the lower part of which has mesh parabolic base and transverse partition walls.
EFFECT: invention shall improve efficiency of drying process while reducing power consumption of beebread drying plant.
