FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: information, which has frame structure and is subject to transfer from device (101) of communication lines control via channel of control to mobile transceiver (102), includes information of functional channel identification, which indicates type of information sent in area of control information. When a message to be sent as notice to mobile transceiver (102) is not available, device (101) of communication lines control establishes message of inactive state in area of control information, and also establishes information for identification of functional channel in the same frame as information of inactive state identification. If information of functional channel identification represents information of inactive state identification, mobile transceiver (102) switches operation of reception in the area of control information to operation of reception termination. Otherwise, mobile transceiver (102) continues operation of reception in the area of control information. With the help of the present invention it is possible to start call with device of wireless communication that acts as mobile station of wireless communication for a short period of time and to prolong time of such wireless communication device operation.

EFFECT: possibility to start call in a short period of time and to prolong time of mobile station operation.
