FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to methods of differential diagnostics of benign and malignant mammary gland diseases. Mammogram on two different irradiation energies are obtained with identification of effective atom number distribution in mammary gland, for which purpose distribution of logarithms of number of photons which passed through mammary gland without interacting with it is calculated on two different irradiation energies with further calculation of their ratio, and by this ratio distribution of effective atom number is visualised.
EFFECT: method ensures increase of reliability of diagnostics of oncologic mammary gland diseases due to improvement of technology of investigation-sparing mode with increase of sensitivity to change of effective atom number of tissue structure and density of mammary gland, with highly informative contrasting clear relief image of mammary gland structures.
