SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedic and surgical dentistry. Immediate prosthesis is a complete removable plate prosthesis with an acrylic resin base, containing a polymethyl methacrylate reservoir, surrounded by an elastic acrylic material ring located in the acrylic resin base, with the possibility of filling the reservoir with a drug. In this case, the reservoir is made with the ability to overlap the postoperative area by 1 mm when placing the prosthesis in the oral cavity.
EFFECT: acceleration of rehabilitation of patients with complete secondary adentia after surgical preparation for orthopedic treatment and formation of favorable anatomical conditions for permanent prosthetics.
