FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to rolling mill for obtainment of shuttering profile obtainment by cold reduction from hollow blank. Rolling mill includes collector, feed roller bed, shoe carrying frames mounted in sequence, ejector roller bed, shoe drive in the form of separate kinematic circuits with separate torque sources, and control unit. Each frame features stands linked by strainers and fixated to the mill shoe, where the stand is made in the form of guide line with rectangular cross-section and features T-shaped slot in side end. The mill features additional hinged vertical frames with shaping rolls, where one roll mounted so as to allow for adjustment of distance between roll centres, and with removable built-in elements. Drive is mounted so as to allow for uniform and symmetrical torque transmission to frames of each frame unit relative to the central guide frame of unit. The mill features four frame units with five frame in each unit, each frame unit featuring separate drive, and a frame is hinged so as to allow for frame position adjustment against shaping axis in vertical and horizontal directions.
EFFECT: simplified mill construction and regulation, expanded process capabilities of mill due to additional elements, enhanced item precision, reduced power consumption.
