SUBSTANCE: method for recovery of filtration and capacity properties of an oil-bearing collector having deteriorated during the well construction completion involving performance of geophysical survey, flushing the borehole, pumping a water solution of surfactants and a solvent into the interval of the productive stratum along the string of pump and compressor pipes, secondary opening of the productive stratum with drilling fluid within the interval specified; the said solution is represented by a water solution of a complex surfactant with solvent Oy-plast 04 with 2-3 % concentration whereto foam extinguisher PENTA-463, the volume ratio of Oy-plast 04 : and the said foam extinguisher being 45:1 - 90:1; after the above solution pumping it is flushed with drilling liquid till a hydrostatically stable condition and the well is left to soak during 12-15 hours.

EFFECT: achievement of improved results in recovery of filtration and capacity properties combined with reduction of material and capital expenditures.
