FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: noise silencer for aircraft engines includes at least one three-dimensional structure having cellular shape and being used on engine to absorb the engine noise. Three-dimensional structure includes folded cells formed with folding of flat workpiece some folds of which are determined with fold lines in flat workpiece and are flexible with possibility of bending angle correction when bending the three-dimensional structure. The other invention of the group refers to the use of folded cells formed with folding of flat workpiece so that the three-dimensional structure is obtained, in which separate folds are determined with fold lines in flat workpiece and are flexible, as noise-absorbing element, namely for aircraft engines.
EFFECT: inventions allow improving the accuracy of positioning the noise-absorbing element so that its shape can be fitted to the engine shape.
