FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention belongs to medicine, notably, to oncology, and can be used in research of metallic nanoparticles influence on tumour cell properties and proliferative activity. Method includes incubation of cells from tumour cell lines cultures and from freshly isolated tumour cell cultures on mediums with nanoparticles of copper, iron and zinc. Incubation time with nanoparticles for cells from cell line culture of myeloma X563 is 30 minutes, for cells from bone marrow aspirate in patients with multiple myeloma - 45 minutes at the temperature 37°C. Pulmonary cancer tissue is incubated with nanoparticles during 6 days in diffusion chambers implanted into rat's abdominal cavity.
EFFECT: usage of this invention allows assessing of copper, iron and zinc nanoparticles antiproliferative activity in tumour cells.
