FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to experimental research in oncology and deals with prevention of tumour growth by means of metal nanoparticles. 1 ml of suspension of tumour cells C45, containing 25×106 cells in 1 ml, incubated at 37°C for 30 minutes with 100 mcl of nanoparticles of alloy Cu+Zn+Fe with concentration of nanoparticles 10 mcg/ml, is inoculated to rats of experimental group subcutaneously in the region of back.
EFFECT: method prevents proliferation of inoculated tumour and death of animals.
