FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and concerns prevention of acute postoperative pancreatitis. That is ensured by intravenous drop-by-drop introduction of recombinant superoxide dismutase during operation and for the first 12 hours of the postoperative. The dose is specified individually considering dynamics of acid-base balance, blood gases and intraoperative injures.
EFFECT: method provides reduced intensity of lipid peroxidation, activity of free kinins and therefore prevents development of acute pancreatitis.
