FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly to production of bellows. Proposed device comprises carcass. Said carcass accommodates forming unit with replaceable cartridges and clamps, plunger pump with drive, pressure pickup and safety valve, drive to squeeze workpiece, a pipe, and working fluid tank. Said tank accommodates circulation pump. Said pump communicates with tank and, via pipeline and electromagnetic valve, with plunger pump. Pump outlet union communicates vi pipeline with forming unit. Plunger pump and work-piece squeezing drive represent screw jacks with drive motors. The latter controlled by frequency converters mounted in control cabinet. The latter generates control signals for circulation pump, electromagnetic valve and frequency converters depending upon starting signal and pressure pickup signal.

EFFECT: smooth operation of actuators preventing rupture of tubular workpiece.
