FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: key power amplifier comprises active key element, serial capacitor (C1), parallel LC2R-circuit with active load (R) and source of supply voltage (Vds) with throttle (Th) for isolation of high-frequency circuits by supply. Inlet of active key element is inlet of device. Outlet of active key element is connected to serial capacitor C1, which on one side through Th is connected to source Vds on the other side is connected to common point of parallel LC2R-circuit, which in its turn is outlet of device. Common point of active key element is connected to common bus of supply source and the second common point of LC2R-circuit. At the outlet of active key element with serial C1, impedance of loading circuit is realised at the main frequency and all its harmonics of the following type: Besides, values of main elements are determined from the following ratios:
where ωs - angular frequency of input signal, QL - good quality of loaded filtering LfC2-circuit, - voltage of supply source, P - level of output signal capacity.
EFFECT: increased level of output capacity at maximum possible efficiency factor.
