FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used in receiving-transmitting and measuring radio equipment operating at frequencies, including the microwave range. Result is provided by introducing into the power amplifier two in-series connected inductors and a capacitor, while the values of the main elements satisfy the ratios for real part ReẎM(ω) and for imaginary part ImẎM(ω) input conductivity ẎM(ω), which take place at the connection point of the collector of the reverse p-n-p conductivity transistor and the base of the forward n-p-n conductivity transistor: ImẎM(ω) ≈ ImẎM; ReẎM(ω) ≈ ReẎM, where ω is cyclic frequency, ImẎM and ReẎM are quasi-constant imaginary and real parts of input conductivity between cascades on these transistors.
EFFECT: wider input matching band of the amplifier with a standard path while simultaneously increasing its transmission coefficient.
