SUBSTANCE: group of inventions concerns medicine and can be used in traumatology, orthopaedics and oncology. A titanium-alloy surgical cerclage bandage consists of a bandage tape and a connection element. A piece of the bandage tape adjoining the connection element, 80 to 150 mm long, has a polished surface of roughness R_a no more than 0.1 mcm and surface hardening to microhardness 4000-6000 MPa. The surface of the rest of the tape has roughness R_a no more than 1.0 mcm and surface microhardness no more than 2700 MPa. The strengthened piece of the bandage tape has paired locating pins 0.2-0.3 mm high. The pins are spaced on the tape at 20-40 mm from each other on a side opposite to location of the connection element. The connection element in addition contains two clips, in the form of flanges which are located on each side of the tape at an angle 90°, bent and pressed thereto. According to the second version, the cerclage bandage has a wavy profile. According to the third version - a profile which represents alternating elements consisting of the bent and straight pieces.

EFFECT: ensued reliable compression fastening of the bone structures in various surgical use conditions.
