FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine area, namely to regenerative medicine. Treating nephroptosis is ensured by therapeutic exercises. The initial position is on all fours. The hands are turned to each other at the shoulders. The patient breathes in, and breathes out with making a "pfff" sound, holds breath, maximally pulls in the stomach and comes with breast to a floor with bending arms. The exercise is made once a day for a month, everyday increasing number of repetitions by one.
EFFECT: method reduces length of treatment, extends indications for treatment and simplifies process of treating nephroptosis.
