FIELD: biotechnologies.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in biotechnology, in particular for conditioning of vegetable raw materials prior to fermentative hydrolysis. Vegetable raw materials are treated with ultrasound in liquid carbon dioxide, afterwards pressure is reduced, which results in explosive garneting of raw materials acidulated with carbonic acid. Invention provides for production of sugars suitable for use as component of nutrient medium for microorganisms in production of, for instance ethanol, butanol and/or other organic compounds produced by methods of microbiological synthesis.

EFFECT: method is proposed for conditioning of vegetable raw materials.
