FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, in particular, to a method for production of a protein feed additive of wood wastes. The method involves wood wastes preliminary preparation, hydrolysis and microorganisms growing on the hydrolysate. Preliminary preparation is performed in alkali solution with concentration equal to 1-3% in a field with ultrasound frequency equal to 22-44 kHz, power density in the medium being 0.5 W/cm3, during 2 hours. Mechanical activation is performed in a conical mill; protein biosynthesis is performed with usage of a consortium of the following microorganisms: Cellulomonas+Trichosporon cutaneum+Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
EFFECT: invention usage allows to obtain a feed additive with protein content up to 40% and more.
