FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used in diagnostics of respiratory diseases, particularly in prediction of the clinical course of recurrent respiratory sarcoidosis. The patient's age and sex are specified. Additionally, the stage of disease and a bone mineral densitometry are determined. In observance of the first or second stage in women older than 46 year old with decreased mineral bone density (-)30% and more as compared to normal, the recurrent course of sarcoidosis is predicted. In men, the recurrent course is predicted as soon as the third and more delayed stages are observed irrespective of age and mineral bone density.

EFFECT: method allows for higher prediction accuracy.
