SUBSTANCE: following is described: a method of predicting the course of respiratory sarcoidosis including isolating DNA from peripheral venous blood and genotyping, characterized by the following: the polymorphism of CD80 rs1880661 gene, of G or A allele is determined; when both homozygotes and heterozygotes for the G allele are identified, an unfavorable course of sarcoidosis is predicted.

EFFECT: expansion of the range of tools for predicting the course of respiratory sarcoidosis.
