Abstract RU 2770543 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to pulmonology, and can be used to predict the risk of recurrent respiratory sarcoidosis (RS). In patients with morphologically verified RS, a study of the function of external respiration is carried out, the value of the forced vital capacity of the lungs is determined. The diffusion capacity of the lungs is assessed. The patient's age, the presence of clinical manifestations in the form of weakness, shortness of breath, cough are taken into account. The fact of therapy with systemic glucocorticosteroids (GCS) in history, the duration of the use of GCS are also taken into account. The presence of extrapulmonary lesions of the heart, nervous system, and skin is detected. Each risk factor is evaluated in points, the points obtained are summarized. By the sum of the scores, a low, moderate or high risk of developing RS recurrence is predicted.

EFFECT: method allows to identify patients with a high risk of developing RS recurrence, optimize the tactics of their dynamic monitoring and, if necessary, adjust therapy by assessing the totality of the most significant indicators.
