FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopaedics. Beforehand, a spongy substance is removed from internal surfaces of the paracetabular iliac, pubic and ischial bones after corticotomy at depth to an opposite cortical layer. It is followed with osteoclasia of the iliac, pubic and ischial bones. Then an acetabular fragment is transposed on the whirlbone.
EFFECT: method preserves the attaching points of the muscles and ligaments.
