FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out huckle-bone isthmus osteotomy. Internal cortical plate corticotomy is additionally carried out in retroacetabular region between Y-shaped cartilage and the huckle-bone isthmus osteotomy line. The vault is bent and cotyloid cavity rotation transposition is carried out next. The formed diastases are filled with bone transplants of corresponding shapes and volumes. The transplant located in huckle-bone isthmus diastasis, is fixed with Kirschner wires.
EFFECT: high quality of hip joint stabilization; retained joint function; increased bearing area; reduced risk of postoperative complications; accelerated treatment course.
