SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to cemical-pharmaceutical industry and deals with phthalide derivatives, their application in production of sensibilisers or means of reversion of anti-tumour medications. Phthalide derivatives according to claimed invention can overcome or reduce polyrestance to medications, 5-30 times enhance growth inhibition caused by chemical therapeutic medications as well as considerably promote death of tumour cells caused by medications.

EFFECT: said phthalide derivatives considerably enhance sensitivity of tumour cells irrespective of anti-tumour medication type.
