SUBSTANCE: bitter infusion contains the following components, in kg/1000 decalitres: dried herb - linear-leaved wormwood (tarragon) - 5.0-5.2; dried garden mint (leaves) - 5.0-5.2; black currant blossom 0.6-0.8; water-alcohol liquid - the rest. Infusion has yellow-green colour, soft taste with light freshness, harmonic flavour with light tone of conifer.
EFFECT: improved quality of infusion, expanded assortment of bitter infusions.
