FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: construction module serving preferably as lower floor, made of reinforced concrete or frame with lining, presents a self-stable element of structure, monolithic, if required, which may also be installed as floating on weak susceptible soil of foundation, such as gravel or sand. Due to self-stable structure, lower floor withstands side shift loads and compressing loads acting at it from the bottom even when they act unevenly.

EFFECT: building erected on lower floor will later be again levelled, if lower floor unevenly lowers or raises.
