EFFECT: use of invention enables to raise accuracy of diagnosis of acute biliary pancreatitis in incarcerated calculus of major duodenal papilla, since increase of alpha-amylase and lipase in bile, according to main links of pathogenesis of progress of acute biliary pancreatitis is more sensitive and specific for this disease.
