SUBSTANCE: invention refers to wind power engineering. During neutralisation of atmospheric whirlwind of tornado type there carried out is volume spraying of electrically conducting reagent for artificial creation of volume electric charge in storm cloud of tornado whirlpool. Volume spraying of electrically conducting reagent is performed by means of restricted and simultaneous blasting of several reagent containers of various size, which are combined in vertical garland.
EFFECT: proposed method allows neutralising natural physical factors in atmosphere, which feed natural tornado, by using real popular procedure.
