FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: device is designed to clean flat surfaces, mainly floor from chewing gum, and can be used to clean granite and marble floor in underground stations of high-speed transport, such as subway. The device contains a working body mounted on a trolley with the possibility to move towards the cleaned flat surface and connected to the drive. The working body is made in the form of an endless loop placed at an angle to the trolley base and interacting with the rollers, one of which is connected to a rotary drive. The lower roller is fixed on the trolley with the possibility to move relative to the cleaned surface. The heat generator in the form of the blow dryer is mounted on the trolley. Heated air coming out of the heat generator is directed onto a flat surface in front of the lower roller, and there is a refrigerator placed on the lower part of the endless loop. Opposite to the upper roller at the bottom an additional roller is mounted interacting with the loop, the collecting tank for chewing gum is placed under it. The possibility of driving the additional roller to rotate from the upper roller which is connected to rotation drive. The working surface of the endless loop is covered with thorns. Warm air from the heat generator heats the top layer of chewing gum on the floor for its softening. The thorns of the loop intrude to this layer which freezes on them, while chewing gum with the moving loop is unstuck from the floor. Then the loop with chewing gum, with the spikes intruded into it, is moved in the refrigerator where chewing gum is cooled and becomes brittle. The loop passes between the upper and additional rollers, at that the chewing gum crumbles and falls into the collecting tank in the form of pieces.
EFFECT: improvement of quality and effectiveness of removal of chewing gum and cleaning flat surface of chewing gum and simplification of design of the device.
