FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to surgery, and can be applied in operations, accompanied by formation of intestinal stomas, introduced through the wound. Essence of the method lies in sewing operation wound of skin around stoma. For this purpose skin is sewn with uninterrupted intracutaneous suture, which is covered above with latex tissue glue. After that plate of colostomy bag is glued in such way that ends of uninterrupted intracutaneous suture are near stoma and outside the colostomy bag plate.
EFFECT: application of claimed invention allows to ensure creation of smooth and hermetic parastomal wound, healing of wound with primary tension, reduction of risk of parastomal purulent complications development, necessity of bandages, early application of colostomy bag, removal of sutures without changing colostomy bag plate.
