SUBSTANCE: invention relates to colorectal surgery, oncology. After the intestinal stoma is removed, a fine-pored hypoallergenic sterile polyurethane sponge with a single-lumen drainage is placed on the sutured stoma wound. Sealing is carried out with a sterile film and the drainage is connected to a negative pressure apparatus. Dressing, which includes applying secondary sutures on the skin and replacing the fine-pored hypoallergenic sterile polyurethane sponge, is carried out on the third day, and the negative pressure system is removed on the sixth day.

EFFECT: method provides reducing the incidence of purulent complications when closing the intestinal stoma, reduces local edema of soft tissues of the wound bed due to active removal of the wound discharge, maintains optimal moisture of wound environment, stimulates blood circulation and speeds up regeneration, reduces length of treatment of stomal wound.
