FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, and can be used in traumatology, orthopedics and neurosurgery, for placement of patient while performing puncture of intravertebral disks. Device for patient placement for carrying out puncture of intravertebral disks of lumbar spine is made from organic glass and contains working platform fixed on support elements. Support elements are made for installation on the top of surgical table. Working platform has through hole for ultrasonic sensor and one free end which is 1.7-2 times longer than the other free end with respect to support element.
EFFECT: ensuring required position of patient on surgical table in process of punctures of intravertebral disks in lumbar spine under fluoroscopic and ultrasonic control.
