FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: this invention covers device (1) with ICE intended for manual starting without trigger battery. Said device comprises electronic circuit (IC1) to control ICE (2) and engine stop button (S1). Note here that there is connector assembly (3) arranged between button (S1) and electronic control circuit (IC1'). In compliance with this invention said connector assembly can be used to data exchange between control circuit (IC1) and external computer (4). In compliance with this invention, proposed method consists in making communication port integrated stop instruction input to implement efficient communication interface when there is existing stop instruction input with appropriate protection against voltage surges.
EFFECT: use of digital ignition and fuel injection control in small ICE allows connection of external computers to vary control system characteristics and to read off its operating performances.
