SUBSTANCE: device has a self-contained power supply, a power switching device, a light source, a photosensor, a resistance voltage divider, light and audio indicators and a microcontroller. The power supply is connected to a reference light-emitting diode with the highest operating voltage of the light source, while light-emitting diodes with lower operating voltage are connected to the power supply through the resistance voltage divider whose resistor rating is selected such that, the curvature of the volt-ampere curves of the light-emitting diodes coincide in order to balance illumination power of the light-emitting diodes when the power supply voltage changes. The light-emitting diodes are connected through resistors of the resistance voltage divider to the light source control unit which provides successive switching of the light-emitting diodes.

EFFECT: faster operation and simplification of the procedure of checking authenticity of bond paper during day-to-day activities.
