FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: procedure for processing uranium-molybdenum composition consists in oxidising uranium-molybdenum composition at temperature 750-850°C, in dissolving composition in 2-3 molar solution of alkali at temperature of boiling, in separating solution from solid residue by decantation, in dissolving solid residue in 4-6 molar nitric acid at boiling temperature, in peroxide sedimentation of uranium from solution and in baking settled uranium peroxide at temperature 750-850°C.
EFFECT: raised degree of uranium extraction at processing uranium-molybdenum composition.
