SUBSTANCE: method is proposed for realisation of subscriber identification module functionality in protected module (3), which makes it possible to use network of mobile radio communication with the help of mobile radio telephone (1). Functionality of subscriber identification module is realised in the form of application downloaded into protected module (3). Further personalisation data necessary to use network of mobile radio communication with the help of mobile radio telephone (1) is sent in coded form from provider (2) into protected module (3). Coded data of personalisation is decoded with the help of protected module (3) with the help of secret key of user. Protected module (3) is personalised with the help of decoded data of personalisation.
