SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of feeding stuff from the wastes of the brewing industry. The method is carried out by mixing grains with protein foot with their subsequent dehydration, mixing with the alloy, drying at a temperature no higher than 70°C with further grinding with grain waste and malt rootlets. Sifted product after mixing with liquid residual brewers' yeast and lager trubs and part of the suspension of grains dehydration to moisture of paste is no more than 55% is granulated with and subsequent drying.
EFFECT: method allows to obtain granular protein-vitamin feeding stuff with a high content of crude protein, cellulose, lysine and phosphorus.
