FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to production of feed stuff. The method involves collection of milk whey and secondary raw materials of the brewery industry (brewing wastes, protein residue and aspiration wastes), concoction and condensation of the mixture, addition of sifted grain wastes and granulation. In the mixture of brewing wastes and protein residue, in ratio of 1:1, after preliminary condensation to (42±2)% weight parts of dry substance, condensed milk whey with (42±2)% weight parts of dry substance is added, as well as lactose, partially isomerised into lactulose through addition of a calcium hydroxide solution in quantity of (48±2) kg and carbamide in quantity of (9±1) kg per ton of condensed whey to reach pH of 10.0-11.0 at 83-87°C temperature. Temperature is controlled for a period of 25-35 minutes. The mixture of brewing wastes and protein residue with (21±2)% weight parts of dry substance is subjected to fermentative hydrolysis by P. A. Leonov's culture at (60±5)°C temperature for 5-12 hours. During the fermentation process, the mixture is condensed to (42±2)% weight parts of dry substance.

EFFECT: improvement of functional properties of the concentrate; reduced cost; giving the concentrate prebiotic properties; increased content of calcium ions - Ca(OH)₂ and nitrogenous substances - carbamide.
