FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for detection of welding arc motion parametres in process of welder training or testing at arc simulator systems. In process of sample welding current I0, flowing in external welding circuit, and current I1, flowing through section of welding sample with length from arc spot to sample end, to where the arc moves, are measured. Current coordinate of arc spot Xt is calculated as product of sample length value ℓ0 and ratio of current value I1 to current value I0, values of current modules |I1| and |I2|, flowing in welding sample in directions opposite relative to arc spot, averaged value of current coordinate of arc spot Xt, and current value of average welding speed Vw.av. Values of current modules |I1| and |I2| are detected as mean average of group of current value currents |I1| and |I2|, in interval of time τ by ratios and where i= (10…n) - number of counts per interval of time τ, m - number of counts in group, when values |I1|i and |I2|i are not equal to zero. Counts of current values |I1|i and |I2|i are done with frequency, period of which is established by value Tcount≥0.12 Tint.max., where Tcount - cycle of counts repetition, Tint.max. - maximum duration of possible dynamic interruptions of welding current. Duration of time interval τ is selected under the condition where ftr.max - maximum frequency of arc spot motion from possible tremor of joint-and-muscle system in hands of welder, peforming training or testing. Averaged value of current coordinate of arc spot Xt is detected by value Current value of average speed Vw.av. is detected as ratio of difference of averaged values of coordinates Xt+Δt and Xt of arc spot at the moments of time t+Δt and t accordingly to value of time interval Δt, duration of which is selected with the condition where ftr.min - minimum frequency of arc spot motion from possible tremor of joint-and-muscle system in hands of welder, performing training or testing, tm - duration of time interval, when metal arranged along axis of welded seam is in melted condition.

EFFECT: elimination of negative impact of dynamic interruptions in welding current and natural disturbances of joint-and-muscle system in hands of welder, performing training or testing.
