FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to methods of measurement of thermal effect and rate of local metabolism if living tissue, and to devices intended for it. By means of device, provided with sensor for measurement of water flow density, measured are intensity of heat emission through the surface of limited area of skin by measuring density of thermal flow of heat exchange, conditioned by temperature gradient, value of heat exchange, conditioned by evaporation cooling in process of imperceptible perspiration. Value of external pressure on the surface of controlled area is controlled, and in this way determined are value of heat production (thermal effect) and rate of local metabolism in volume of tissue located under controlled area of skin surface, with application of calibration procedure.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows to increase accuracy of measuring thermal effect and rate of local metabolism of living tissue.
