FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed engine comprises piston 2 and cylinder 1 integrated into assembly with intake holes 11 and head 5 arranged to move in cylinder and comprising bypass valve 8 to direct air (B) or air-fuel mix (BT) in compression-and-combustion chamber 15. Said head moves inside cylinder driven by actuators coordinated with those of the piston. Intake mechanism (13, 14) is arranged above said head to suck in (B) or mix (BT) with said head moving between TDC and intake hole closed position. Head drives comprise rotary shaft coupled with output shaft via toothed belt with gear ratio of 1:1. Cam pushing surface curvature allows the cam to act on revolving and stopping on head and features straight part that allows fast lifting of head actuated by springs. With piston shutting off intake holes, heat reaches TDC after bypassing aforesaid mix via bypass valve.
EFFECT: optimised engine cycle.
