FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method of close texture manufacturing, containing UO2, comprises: (a) insertion of at least two powders, each of them comprising uranium dioxide UO2, into vibratory mill, and at least two poweders are derived by two different methods of sythesis and each powder has specific area of surface proximal to any other power containing uranium dioxide and inserted into the said mill; (b) shaking the said powders in above mentioned vibratory mill to obtain disagglomerated and disaggregated powder material (milling intensity is enough to destroy agglomerates and aggregates in the powders without destroying chrystals in them) with such applied to the powders milling energy to destroy all agglomerates and aggregates as such; (c) insertion of above mentioned disagglomerated and disaggregated powder material into press mould; (d) applying moulding pressure to above mentioned disagglomerated and disaggregated powder material to obtain firmed material; (e) sintering the said firmed material to obtain dense material.

EFFECT: dense material manufacturing with constant density at any primary conditions and at any mould pressure, applied to intermediate disagglomerated and disaggregated powder material (DDP-material) when consolidating it.
