FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to maxillofacial surgery and can be applied to sinus-lifting at dental implantation. Punched hole is made in the anterolateral wall of the maxillary antrum. The mucosa is detached and raised from the maxillary antrum fundus with the formation of space over the bone tissue of alveolar process. Biomaterial Alloplant is placed in the form of pachymeninx or fascia on the detached mucosa fron the side of the formed space. The rest of the space is filled with biomaterial, which is used as an autograft or biomaterial Alloplant or a combination thereof, and biomaterial Alloplant is used in the form of bone powder or bone block or a combination thereof.
EFFECT: method enables to reduce risk of perforation of mucous membrane, to accelerate bone formation.
