FIELD: surgical dentistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in carrying out osteoplastic operations to restore the alveolar bone tissues of the maxillary sinus with subsequent dental implantation. The bone of the upper jaw is exposed by an incision of the mucous membrane and the flap is peeled off. Bone windows are created and the Schneider's membrane is peeled off in the area of ​​the sinus floor. The [transplant] is placed in the resulting space of the graft, followed by suturing of the mucous membrane. In this case, an envelope previously made from a collagen membrane, densely filled with a conglomerate of Emdogain biomaterial and xenogenic osteoplastic material, is used as a graft. A collagen membrane envelope is made by stitching with a resorbable suture material, and after filling the envelope with a conglomerate, it is sutured tightly with a resorbable suture material as well. The conglomerate is mixed before filling the envelope with the formation of a homogeneous mass, in a ratio of volume fractions of the components of one to two.

EFFECT: method allows providing high degree of integration of implanted material in short time, without requiring special skills and equipment.
