SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry, maxillofacial surgery, otolaryngology. Vertical cut in projection of anterior edge of maxillary sinus is made. Separation of periosteum and mucous membrane, including area of future perforation opening is tunelly performed by means of raspaters. Cannula with tip, which plays the role of retractor for tunnel creation, is introduced. Inside cannula rigid endoscope is introduced. Under control of endoscope, indenting from zone of atrophy 3-5 mm, without traumatising mucous membrane of sinus, application of perforatinon opening with diameter not more than 5 mm is performed. By means of raspaters separation of mucous membrane of sinus from bottom and walls of maxillary sinus is carried out. Through tunnel and created perforation opening onto the bottom between separated mucous membrane and bottom of maxillary sinus granulated bone material is introduced by syringe. Periosteum and mucous membrane are sewn with vicryl.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce operation volume, reduce trauma, increase efficiency of control of mucous membrane integrity due to application of endoscopic equipment, when carrying out sinus lifting.
