The threaded rack has a nut with a handle screwed on it, a lock with a screw for attaching the threaded rack to the rail to the operating table. The rod is made cylindrical with a hole for endo-or laparoscope, and having on the working side a flat curved part in the form of a grip, and on the opposite side - the handle.
