FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a rod, a horizontal support, a rack, a pillar with a ring and a threaded rack. The rack has a cross section of semicircle and has from the working side a continuing in the form of a flat grip, and on the opposite side - a handle. The pillar with a ring has a cross section of semicircle and with the working side continued in the form of a flat grip, and on the opposite side - the handle. The threaded rack has a nut with a handle screwed on it, a lock with a screw for attaching the threaded rack to the rail to the operating table. The rod is made cylindrical with a hole for endo-or laparoscope, and having on the working side a flat curved part in the form of a grip, and on the opposite side - the handle. The rack has the ability to install into the ring to the pillar with a ring. The rack and the pillar with a ring are mounted on the rod on one another. All grips have the ability to adjustment for insertion. The rack and the pillar with a ring have the ability to turn into working position, at the working position of grabs of the rod handle. The racks and the pillars with a ring have the possibility of combining and fixing the package through the clip with a screw to the horizontal support. The horizontal support is mounted by means of a cross-piece on the threaded rack.
EFFECT: invention enables to implement laparoscopic surgery without stressful carboxypneumoperitoneuma and enables to enter the endo-or laparoscope into abdominal cavity without additional incision.
