FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device for ultrasonic liposuction has ultrasonic vibrator. Vibrator has ultrasonic probe with proximal end connected with ultrasonic vibrator, and distal end. Matching device for usage together with vibrator has mounting of handle to mount in on top of ultrasonic vibrator and fixation relatively it. Mounting of handle has sealing to be air-proof relatively vibrator and probe. Sealing forms first liquid chamber adjoining proximal end of probe between mounting of handle and vibrator. Mounting of handle also has aspiration pipe connected to first chamber for passing liquid through and made for connection with aspiration unit, and pressure rejection opening. Opening communicates with first chamber for letting liquid through to control air flow from first chamber. Suck-out pipe is connected with mounting of handle; pipe goes on top of probe disposed in it including distal end of probe. Suck-out pipe is made to form passage for liquid between suck-out pipe and probe which communicates with first chamber for letting liquid through. Space between end of ultrasonic probe and end of suck-out pipe forms the second chamber. Suck-out pipe has at least one opening at its distal end, which opening communicates with second chamber for letting liquid through. When doing ultrasonic liposuction, position of suck-out pipe is adjusted relatively probe and along its axis.

EFFECT: improved efficiency; higher safety at use.
