SUBSTANCE: assembly for phacoemulsification surgical system comprises an aspiration system with possibility of fluid aspiration from surgical area. Aspiration system comprises aspiration channel inside the handle for phacoemulsification and includes flexible aspiration tube of small diameter communicated via fluid with an aspiration channel. Aspiration tube of small diameter has rated inner diameter of less than 0.050 inches to reduce levels of occlusion wave in surgical system. High-efficiency peristaltic pump is connected with the aspiration tube of small diameter and configured to create flow through aspiration tube of small diameter.
EFFECT: using the given group of inventions provides stable and predicted surgical processes.
