FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: each of gears (1, 2) with teeth is equipped with individual oil bath (5, 6) corresponding to L-shaped circular profile with it open part facing tops of teeth. Diametres of bathes are bigger, than diametres of circumferences of tops of teeth. Vertical parts (7, 8) of profiles are fixed below to gears; on one gear they are fixed along circumference of teeth recesses, on the other gear they are fixed with offset to the side of gear body. Horizontal parts (9, 10) of profiles are inclined to the side of teeth tops and are equipped with circular grooves with oil-intakes. Vertical rings (15, 16) are secured above on gears along circumferences of teeth recesses. Each gear is equipped with an oil-catching plate installed radially and stationary relative to a rotating gear after oil sprayer (19); the oil catching plate contacts the vertical ring and end surface of teeth. The oil bathes are spaced by height one relative to the other.
EFFECT: optimised lubrication process.
