FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: gear wheel contains a body, a pair of annular linings and a gear rim with hollow teeth, each of which is made of a pair of rectangular plates. In the advancing plate there is a cut adjacent to the wheel body. The width of the cut is equal to a half the plate width, and the height is equal to the sum of height of non-working portion of the tooth side surface and the surface section operating in double-paired engagement mode and located on the wheel body side. A cut of similar width is provided in said plate and on the tooth apex side, in the area of the side surface section operating in double-paired engagement mode. All cuts are arranged symmetrically relative to both circular linings. On the inner side of the lagging plate and on both inner surfaces of the ring linings, with a clearance relative to the circumference of the tooth rim apexes, there is a flat partition equidistant to advancing plate and made with clearance relative to said plate and with clearance relative to the wheel body. In the lagging plate, in the area of the tooth apex, there is a cut with a width and arrangement with respect to circular linings similar to the cuts in the advancing plate. The bottom of said cut coincides in height with the apex of the flat partition. A reinforcing bridge is made in the advancing plate, in the area of tooth apex, in the form of a part of uncut advancing plate.
EFFECT: improved quality of gear wheel lubrication.
